In 2025, you can contribute up to CZK 69,835 to employees, which is three times more than last year. This amount includes the new limit for health benefits of CZK 46,557 and the existing leisure benefits limit of CZK 23,278.

As with leisure time benefits, the amount up to the limit of CZK 46,557 is not subject to tax. This means that the employee receives 26.6% more than the salary, while the employer saves 5.7% in taxes.
